I am a mother of 3 beautiful boys (Trendon, Timothan and Trevin) and a wife to a wonderful husband (Michael).  We moved to Melville, Saskatchewan July 2015.  June 29th, 2017 would be a day that changed our lives forever.  Trendon, who was born October 7th, 2004, would suffer an anaphylactic episode causing a severe asthma attack, while on a vacation/medical trip in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.  On July 1st, 2017 he was declared brain dead and deceased.  As a family, knowing it would be what Trendon would want to do, we opted to donate his organs.  He was able to donate 4 organs and therefore help save 4 lives.  Since Trendon's passing I have been strong willed in raising awareness in Organ & Tissue Donation.  We had learned that there is a low donation rate in Saskatchewan and there is a HIGH need for organs across Canada.  I have also been strong willed in raising awareness on Asthma & Allergies, as I would hate for another family to go through the devastation we have gone through and continue to go through.  The loss of a child is greater than any other loss, and trust me when I say I have experienced many losses in my life.

     Through my grieving I (along with my husband and 2 boys) have done many things to help honour the legacy and memory of my son.  I also found that I talked a lot using the phrase I AM.  I AM a grieving mother, I AM a new me, I AM a supporter of organ donation, I AM a registered donor...  As I was noticing how often I used that phrase, I had a vision and put my vision to paper and created my slogan and my product.  I found myself a supplier who was willing to work with me and created my new venture.  I think the slogan speaks for itself...

     My goal is to sell product that people can wear and use to help raise awareness on Organ & Tissue Donation and with the sales, I will take a portion and make a donation to Asthma Canada, in hopes to help raise awareness on Asthma & Allergies.  I personally will make $0 profit.  The supplier will be paid in full and the rest will be donated to Asthma Canada.  Donation amounts will be included in the product prices and collected as follows; $5 from every t-shirt sold, $5 from every mug sold and $4 from each key chain sold.  You will also have the option to submit an amount of your choosing for donation without the purchasing of product.  I will keep the website updated on amounts being donated to Asthma Canada.  I will donate every year between end of April (Organ & Tissue Donation awareness month) and beginning of May (Asthma & Allergy awareness month).  If I find a need to make more donations from higher amounts of sales, then I will make donations on two other dates; July 1st (Trendon's passing date) and October 7th (Trendon's birth date).
