A Winter's Day Designs is ran and operated by Jocelyn Winters, out of Yorkton, Saskatchewan.  She started her business 5 years ago as a hobby and 1 1/2 years ago changed from a hobby to an official business.  She started out doing this for fun and to be able to do something quietly while her husband, Richard, slept for shift work.  She posted some things she made for her own family on Facebook and it blossomed from there.  Other people wanted what she made, so she started selling stuff to help pay for craft supplies, but it took on a whole new level and sales began to take off.  She then expanded into clothing and working on new ways to do things, all while keeping an upgrade for quality at the front of her mind.  She went from crafting machines to full on commercial machines to run her business.  She is always on the hunt for new items to bring to her customers, as well as higher quality products, while still being able to offer affordable pricing.  She offers commercial grade products while maintaining no minimums, no designer fee and no set up fees to purchase.  She is a work from home business which allows her to maintain a flexible work schedule while being able to be there for her children (ages 9 and 4) and getting them to school and activities and still keeping up with her customers.  A Winter's Day Designs makes and creates many products from glass and travel mugs to ornaments and shirts.  To see all her creations and available product, you can visit her Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/awintersdaydesigns/.
